到公司里用做开销,相当于支付给管理公司,大约15%,不能太多,要合理。你也不会出20%的房租请人管理吧?
转给公司的钱全用掉,给自己发工资,买保险,手机,汽油等等,充分发挥想象力,凡是公司里可能用的钱。也就是说,先把一大笔钱花在自己身上。剩下的房租还可以折旧,装修等,最后还有多少再交税,这些都是合法避税。
如果他的亲戚没又别的收入,拿的钱又没超过免税额,他的亲戚也不用缴税。不过没有不透风的墙。不然我也不会知道。

管理公司相当于一个buffer. 只要钱不拿出来,暂时不用缴税。这一点我不太确定。
