狗很热的时候那种快速喘气。只是舌头平放口中，别吐出来啊！嘻嘻！多练会发现可以坚持时间很长，喘气频率快而稳（不会忽快忽慢），就说明腹部驾驭气息的能力增强。练这个，腰两侧会很酸啊！搞不好第二天没法大笑啊！另外，找暖和地方练啊，别吸进冷气肚肚疼啊！
