Sometimes it feels a bit strange when a non-native writes so articulately since a tint of "rawness" might be expected.
Na4 lan2 xing4 de2 (sorry, I don't have access to a Chinese keyboard at this moment), the Qing dynasty Manchurian poet, writes with this rawness/freshness, and his works are among my most favorites.
七律:楚魄
千秋一啸忆神骢,天曙登舟抚剑红。
鹤鹭来前皆旧客,鲲鹏去后几新雄?
无碑不爱功名满,百草唯怜霸业空。
再顾虞姬犹笑寐,衣冠如雪过江东。
