这一段时间看到了来这里出书鼓励大家拿出全部身家投资股市的，也看到了寻找推荐股票的，更看到年终炫耀投资股市赚钱的，让我反而打了个寒战。是不是股市要到顶了？最起码不久的将来要到一个阶段的顶部？当然这个不久的将来也许是几个月也许是一两年甚至三四年，但不能不说现在凡是被这些高回报吸引忍不住投资股市的，我劝您还是忍一忍不要投资太多。
记得2009年春天的时候我和朋友们饭局，因为大家的退休账户都跌的厉害自然股市也就成为话题之一，我说现在可以砸锅卖铁投资股市，大家面面相觑，一教授说我看著名的某某说大盘可能跌到4000点（道琼）是双头。我说你干嘛不想想是双底呢？结果没有人应声，一时间非常尴尬而沉重的沉默。
同样我记得2010年的时候我一教授老友来玩，反复的说投资房市，到旧金山投资房市，他哥哥是房地产broker说现在是千载难逢他们拿着现金到处抢房。我们应该赶紧过去抢房，很多区跌了超过50%。 另一研究员好友说你买的可都不是很好的区啊，买了租不出去怎么办？再跌呢？再说那么远。
2015年的时候我和同事一起调动，我同事看看高涨的房价不知道咋办，担心买在顶部会跌。结果一直到现在还是那句话：房价这么高了，会买顶部吧。大家就说起另外一个朋友2000年就一直怕跌不买房结果房价天天涨，眼看着别人2000年买的房子都翻倍了羡慕死了后悔死了，买在了2006年的顶部。
我想说什么呢？自己体会吧，很多性格是天生的很难改。但是有些事情是自己可以控制一下的，比如一贯胆小的你是什么让你兴奋的可以胆大下大手笔？如果是因为别人赚钱的诱惑，最好再三四一下。
