2. unit1: give tenant heater to use for the time being... paint the wall patched yesterday.
3. unit2. get rent, cut grass (no more this year..), and replace broken handrail brackets.
4. unit3. replace broken glass on hallway door.
5. unit4. kitchen drain water backs up from basement laundry tub. snaked 20 feet down. done. tenant was putting too much grease in the drain.
6. unit5: repair broken vanity door. make a cabinet door for the pantry. reinstall two loose interior doors. pack up tenant's belonings. do scrape and touch up all rooms. sand and mud second coat holes on walls.
Still have to one more round of touch up. floor needs paint. bathroom wall, ceiling, and floor needs repair. tub faucet needs replacement. alarms need battery. porch needs several pieces rotten wood replaced and painted. kitchen ceiling light nees repair.
