今天联系了我家边上刚卖掉的房子的listing agent, 说明天过来看房。这redfin的seller agent赚不了钱啊,这1%的fee,没啥激情去卖房了吧?我是不是还是回到收6%的代理,和他签了合同算了。这1%我都感觉过意不去了。

Not that 4-4.5% is a high commission.
1-1.5% is only seller agent's commission. Buyer agent's commission usually has to be 2.5-3% otherwise nobody will show your house.
1% is only for the seller's agent. It is Redfin's standard fee.
it is public company. they can list 0% as long as stocks go higher. but it is double edged sword. they will raise fee once they get market share
