一个远程投资房（SFH, 3 bedrooms）招租，收到一个单身男谷歌程序员的申请。收入、信用啥的好像都没什么问题，但是他养了2条大狗，一条German Shepherds，一条labrador, 他说白天他上班就把两条狗送到doggie day care center了，他下班了会去接回来。
我本来对pet的weight limit是50 pound，pet rent $25一个月，但是这两条狗明显超重（成年的狗最多到90 pound的样子），而且查到德国牧羊犬是保险公司不愿意保的ferocious breed。
目前没有其他的申请者，如果是各位资深地主会怎么处理啊？微弱地主第一次遇到这种问题....
Find a renter's insurance that covers his dogs, and make him buy it. Don't just let him do it, you find the insurance for him and make him buy it.
