As of right now I have 2 of my children full time their father has the other 2 and we alternate having all 4 on the weekends. 大家看我是不是把3卧室改成2卧室来发帖子更好一点呀。感觉出租房子比装修难多了，给我一个星期能把卫生间完全装修完，两三个星期厨房装完。这个出租怎么这么难呢？不知道朽哥波大等怎么handle那么多房子的。愁死人了。我靠！大家多指点指点呀。

1： 收入3倍以上，这条不商量
2： deposit和信用挂钩：deposit 可以最多是3倍的房租。
3：No eviction
如果以上三个条件都满足都满足那就按move-in date来考虑谁优先考虑。如果move-in date一样，按信用优先考虑。
不考虑人种，肤色，年龄，等其他一切因素。

把自己陷进去，简单的事情就不要复杂化。房子是用来住人的，不是当菩萨供起来。当然，你的是白玉房，希望房客当菩萨供起来我无话可说。但是，一般不要做非分之想，再好的房子那来出租也是小姐的身子丫鬟的命。
三房住7个人没什么奇怪的，你以为穷人能跟你的住房条件划等号?
