市府地图上完全可以看出丫的就只有一屁点。
不担心被占,就是长久几十年下去会不会成问题啊?

另一家是farm land是关键。It's very obvious the lawn belong to the house to everyone if not looking at the servey. This indicates exclusive usage.
And the fact is the lawn was exclusively used by people living in the house.
打官司肯定能赢,应为有最高法院的案例可循。
if you use the land as yard, you at most have an easement, not complete title to build a building.
