有一次听说我们餐馆对面的Legal Sea Food开始售卖寿司,我和合伙人就过去试餐。吃过之后,回家的路上就闹肚子,十分难熬。他家的寿司固然很难吃,但我相信一定是安全的。作为业内秘密,大店绝对不会在食品安全上马虎。他们目标大,卫生局重点监督。而且一旦出事,损失商誉不划算。代价是,定价会高出不少。员工也不会自担风险为老板省钱。反而是小店靠价格竞争生存,难保偶有食品安全隐患。
事实上,我偶尔莫名其妙胀气, 拉肚子很多年了。后来才知道这是IBS。了解之后,开始吃山芋增加便量,初见成效。2022年收获30多磅的桑葚。从网上学到制作桑葚酱, 连续吃了3个月。自那以后,再也没有犯过IBS。而且,痔疮麻烦也减少很多,几乎不记得了这些困扰多年的痼疾。
上周,儿子回来,我带他去吃了湘菜,几道重油爆辣的湘菜,吃的大汗淋漓。这在以前对我而言后果不堪设想。现在居然安然无恙。没有IBS的日子太好了。

通常根源是大腿来的,两边的大腿都是往内旋,肚子被挤,用手一模腹股沟附近都是疙疙瘩瘩的。
很多人这个时候已经会小腹上比较硬,或者肚子变大了,大概率肚脐眼附近是凉的。
运气再逆天一点的话,肋骨再发生旋转就产生了一个上下反剪的力量作用在肚子上,时间一长肠道附近的筋膜就受不了了,刚刚开始也就是容易拉肚子,后面哪怕是走路快了一点,吃了一点点不合适的东西都会导致腹泻。
如果去查的话,还没有细菌感染什么的。大多数IBS是这么来的。吃什么药都只能暂时缓解,一停药就会复发。
