橄榄油,牛油果油,猪油,牛油,奶油(butter)等,吃再多也没有反刍出来,只有饱饱的感觉。

所以我信了,各类 Seed Oils不是健康食品。

在这地球上,不但动物有保护后代的天性,植物也有保护后代的机制。种子就是植物的后代。

用动物油补充一些。 

肉片炒青菜。买肥一点的肉, 切成肉片,跟瘦肉花搭着。 炒菜时锅里给点水, 水煮肉片水烧干油出来了, 再放青菜。
