假设是married filed jointly
CA tax marginal bracket 9.3%, tax due = 29 * 9.3% = 2.67 w
Federal tax marginal bracket is 28% tax due = (29-2.67)*28% = 7.37 w
total tax due ~ 10.04 w.
我半年炒房净利润近20万,抵我一年辛苦钱!值得!多谢,所以市场上才有这么多的炒房团!我不过用个例子解读一下。
如果一年之内按普通收入缴税,29万加正常收入20万共49W已经进入39.6%bracket. 是不是应该用39.6%来算联邦税?
