香港的日式拉面已经这么咸了,日本的(至少一部分)更咸,你说一碗有多少克盐?更准确地说,是盐+味精等的总钠有多少?
我们平常吃的方便面(速食面、泡面)一包将近1克钠,已经很咸了。

我本人基本90%的饭是自己做的,自己买的盐,平均下来一天才吃0.68克,即使加上其他调料,让它加上一倍,也才只有1.4克不到。食盐纳含量40%, 所以一天摄入钠才0.6克。你要说服我一碗面里面的盐等于我整6天吃的盐,我怎么也无法相信。
