甜椒/番茄等蔬菜也含果糖,虽然量比水果含的少,但是如果我一次吃一磅的话,不知是不是也算多的了?特别是如果临睡前吃的话?我网上搜的信息是说摄入过量果糖会导致脂肪肝,那一次摄入多少果糖算过量呢?

没这回事,逆转脂肪肝的唯一途径是低碳,而不是吃水果,糖过多是脂肪肝的主要原因

果糖尤甚,因为全身组织都可以代谢葡萄糖,而只有肝脏才能代谢果糖。让脂肪肝的人多吃水果是害人啊。

不吃水果?人体非常复杂,吃喝运动应该全面考虑。水果有很多好处譬如纤维维生素矿物质之类。糖尿病患者不过度,但不是不吃。

肝没毛病,体重正常,没血糖问题,每天锻炼,没这么容易得脂肪肝.得脂肪肝原因多了.

以前我经常一次至少吃4-6个苹果和4-6个橙,当然现在怕血糖高,不敢那么吃了。上次有网友说她怀孕时得了孕期糖尿病,

医生叫她控糖,但说番茄可以随便吃。
