我吃降压药有4年了，以前吃Sandip-Anlodipine 2.5mg ，早晚各一次，印像今年4月份发现血压早上总是140多到160，夜里起夜头昏，和医生说后加量了，改吃5mg,也是早晚各一次，吃这个量以后，夜里起夜不再头迷糊了，最初俺按医生要求常量血压，控制在130左右，满意，后来我喜欢用的国内买的omron 带子漏气了，我就懒得量了，我有一个这边买的，也是这牌子，我嫌个大不爱用。
最近电话看家庭医生取药，他又叨叨量血压事，好像他觉得我的量大了，所以我前晚开始又量了，发现血压降下来了，高压在100-110那晃，低压在60左右晃，昨早我量120，我吃了2.5mg,,白天和晚上量，低压有时不到60，我昨晚起没再吃药，血压一直没升，就在这个数值晃，查网低压低过60不好，今天监测几次还是这个数，所以今天也没吃药，我打算勤量1个星期，如果都这个数，我就不打算吃药了，当然我会联系家庭医生。

另外我每3个月一测血糖A1C，家庭医生给改成一年一次了，因6月份测是5.6，这3-4年测都是5.7-5.9，这要不给测了，我打算也定期扎扎手指头，啥个餐前餐后啥的，还是没必要受这个罪。
平时测得不准，在医生哪儿更不准。我医生说好多人过度治疗。
