Remove the cylinder cap
Verify the cylinder valve is tightly closed
Attach the regulator and securely tighten
Make sure the regulator working pressure is as low as possible by turning the pressure control knob counter-clockwise
Slowly open the cylinder valve and observe the high pressure gauge on the regulator as it climbs to full cylinder pressure
If no gross leaks (hissing sound) are readily observable, slowly open the valve to fully open (valves only seal properly when fully open or closed)
Adjust to the desired working pressure by turning the pressure control knob clockwise, while observing the delivery pressure gauge for the desired setting

结束程序是从气瓶先关起,把气放了再分解。
哈哈哈有道理。。想起来在消防队的时候。。
消防栓放水的时候,先要把马路边消防栓接口的盖子打开,把水闸打开一点放一下水再拧上,再接管子,再打开水闸。。。这个很讨厌,因为水闸那个用管钳拧开费老劲了。
因为据说老有人把接口的盖子拧开在里面塞垃圾还有注射海洛因的针管什么的。。那个盖子是用手可以拧开的。
另外,每天早餐,开水龙头烧水喝,也要放掉一段水(可作洗涤用)。因为存储在水龙头端口的水容易污染,厨房管道很多接口,前面一段水也可能较多重金属和化学沉淀。流水安全,长时间静止不动的水不大好。时间越长,浓度越高。放掉。
实验室氧气瓶必须在valve 安装后gauge 未开之前确认没有漏气,然后才打开gauge 调整气压,最后调整flow. 我想也许实验室的气压较大,漏气容易出现事故。
Etank 安装时有两个定位点,旋紧后就可以打开valve,打开gauge, 最大气压也许相对较低,而且最大flow 5L, 即使漏气,也许事故的可能性低。
手术室我们都要求仪器越简单操作越好,有时还有时间的局限性。
我重新又读了一遍,那个在valve 没有全开之前打开gauge 的步骤就是检查有没有漏气,没有漏气才可以完全打开valve, 并不是为了放气。
