從這點看來 UCB EECS沒拿到regents的大概算是2nd class citizen?

所謂二等 應該是說有受到差別待遇？
例如
1. 一等的citizen 有專屬的宿舍(或可以優先申請)。
Penn的學生申請宿舍沒有誰有優先權的 商學院也沒有自己的宿舍 全部學生都是平等的。 倒是州大的honor學院有自己的宿舍 或是UCB的只有regents有保障4年住宿?
從這點看來 UCB EECS沒拿到regents的大概算是2nd class citizen?

Penn的學生沒有誰比peers可以優先選課的 有優先權的是高年級比低年級優先 (如果太多人選) 或有些課(例如CS課) CS的學生比其他學生優先。而州大honor 或是UCB regents的 可以比其他學生優先選課。

至於UCB EECS 不是說到大三會從CC收1/3的轉學生？ Penn在轉學這方面是比不上UCB了

就小中來說 我以前就説過 申請商學院的和工學院的本來就兩批人 有什麽STEM的小中會去讀商學院的？
我也説過 這五六年來 CS熱門 申請工學院的人數多多了 看看能進Penn工學院的小中程度就知道
那啥放了吧，别和这种人一般见识
有次去Zion,在angle's landing看到一帮小印，每人一件Wharton的T-shirt，还占道大声喧哗, 估计游客多数不知道Wharton是啥，有点搞笑。
他们的director在info session表示他们的学生比Wharton 和engineering only的强。LOL
M&T一堆大陸的小留 不知道爲什麽比例這麽高 可能他們喜歡
吃饭一棒子人，互相介绍，然后有人觉得你很奇怪：computer science, why would you major in CS?

还 风投，EECS肯定占优势。选UPenn的大概多是行外人
