On the title slide (or the first slide), list the names, in the order of amount of contribution, of the team members.
Make hard copies for the board members, so that the names are in solid form.
Talk to the boss about these additions so that everyone is in agreement. Mention all the contributors.
It's a tricky situation. Is there a way for you to hint to the boss: You owe me one!?
Another way is to appear magnanimous, you take it for the team. If your boss has any decency, he should compensate you in some other way.
You certainly don't want to appear "bitter and desperate." All depends on how you say it.
You can find out why the boss needs someone else to present it rather than you. You can be calm and candid, and smile, then tell him that you really like to be part of the presentation because you have put a lot work into it. Ask him: Can I present this part after Abby has given an overview?
Be rational. Feelings don't help. The strong think, the weak feel. When you appear more rational, your boss can be more frank with you.

如果你能精确理解你老板的立场,可以在会议上很好地代表你老板的组,make him look good, persuade others to be more aligned with his viewpoints, 那你以后present 的机会越来越多。
