是 2017 或者 2018 年的 Toyota Highlander. 最近几个月出现了两个新问题：
1. 停车的地方 有很小的向上的坡度。
启动车的时候，从 P 档换到 D 档（我踩着刹车）很费力，要用很大手劲才能换。
停车的时候，从 D 换到 P 就很容易，毫不费力。
2. 车在平路上行驶中加速（比如刚停完红灯之后），会顿一下，然后加速。或者单纯在行驶中想超车的时候，也会顿一下，然后加速。
第一个问题比第二个先出现，不知道是否有关系。
请问这可能是哪儿坏了？找修车行修大概多少钱？

在坡道上停自排车一定要先拉好手刹才进P，不然parking paw 就会被卡住难以换出P.
应该这样操作：踩闸停好车，熄火，拉手刹，松脚，等车停稳后推到P。
加速时的现象叫kick down,变速箱自动降挡以增加扭矩加速，换档时动力切断自然会停顿。
是不是只在斜坡停车才这样做？平地也需要这样吗？
平时只要inspection而已，TA那事儿根本就不是个事，就算是手排在坡上挂档停车不拉手闸也会卡住，不踩离合都换不开。
想确认一下您建议的停车步骤:
"踩闸停好车，熄火，拉手刹，松脚，等车停稳后推到P。"
1. 踩闸停好车. 这时车在 D 档。
2. 熄火。这时车在 D 档。
3. 拉手闸。这时车在 D 档。
4. 松脚。这时车在 D 档。
5. 等车停稳后从 D 档推到P。
是这样吗?
要用手刹来抵抗下滑力来hold住车而不是parking paw,这样才不会卡住拔不出来换不出P，所以是这样停：
踩刹车停好，拉手刹，熄火松脚，等车不再移动时再进P
或者
踩刹车停好，拉手刹，松脚，等车不再移动时再进P，熄火。
关键是拉了手刹才松脚刹等车不动了才进P.这时还得再踩一次脚刹才能进P。

大侠们因为开了10几20万英里，变速箱不换油还是刚刚的，因此以此类推建议不要换。
本人N年前的美系老车变速箱从漏油，发展到只能前进不许倒退，那不是换油的问题了。因此之后入手的新车不敢不勤换油，现在几部车跑了14-16万迈，引擎不渗漏不烧机油，声音还是老样子：变速箱平顺给力，非常省心。（因此我认为，传统的机械运动，润滑油的作用非常重要）。
a good idea to replace to replace transmission fluid at an interval of 60 to 80k miles if one wants to have long lasting transmission.

If 3000 change makes you feel better by all means go for it.
我的2012 Camry也有同样的问题，我花了一些功夫，了解和研究了一下这个问题。这其实就是变速箱二档剩三档的时候打滑，你只要在每次加速的时候，加速到一半的时候。放松一下油门再加速就好了，如果你要修的话没有几千块钱下不来，而且修了，以后未必更好，因为现在没有人会给你用新的变速箱那些二手翻新的的还不见得有什么毛病。
