18线很危险。 3，4线是灰色领域。 中国的总人口，劳动力人口，40岁以下的购房主力人口都是下降的。 除了几个大城市，买房都要谨慎。
相比之下，被华尔街猛捶打的中概股倒是更有点意思。
这种清洗当然会带来富人阶层的洗牌，旧有政商势力的垮台当然也会影响房市。

三条红线
所谓的“三条红线”，就是央行和住建部将限制开发商融资的政策，于2021年1月1日起全行业推行。三条红线的具体为：（1）剔除预收款后的资产负债率不超过百分内之七十；（2）净容负债率不超过百分之百；（3）现金短债比不小于一。
现在是想把余生过的轻松， 愉快， 不为自己再加压了。。。
有形财产越多， 管理就越多。。。
中国那么大，肯定有建设不平衡的地方。 也就是有的地方房子造多了，有的地方房子造少了。 造多了的地方，就是美国媒体不断报道的“鬼城”，其实过上几年就会消化掉了。
记得当年，我在新建的北京城到长城的高速公路上开车，基本上没有车。我也觉得有点诧异。但是没过2-3年，那段路就塞堵得非常厉害。
西方媒体看中国有两个问题： 1. 不能真正看懂中国。 2. 不敢实事求是地报道中国正面的地方。 以至于美国老百姓会觉得中国基本上一无是处。同时在这场龟兔赛跑中，也忽悠了美国政体，只是这两年突然发觉中国竟然追了上来，已经too late。
跟沪 广 深的郊区不太一样
肃清内部障碍。 倒不一定是针对江湖。 一朝天子一朝臣，他们能效忠前任，肯定也不会忌讳为现任表忠心。但是这些巨甲既得利益者肯定不愿意失去已有的，特别是从华尔街变现的渠道。但是这是他们必须付出的代价。
买一个比较好的apartment。可能更适合螺丝妹妹。可以经常逛街，哈哈。
