in the USA and as late as 1990!
Life is hard. Many things are out of our control. Other problems are often more
imagined than real and fanned by interests that stand to gain from our fear
(e.g., disease mongering). A totally rational person may not exist, but we can
always try to practice what this idiom commands. Make some jokes, have a laugh,
move around and sweat a bit, have a good sleep, and come back to face the
