给你举个实例吧,看看能不能参考。我们这儿有个修车行。他们有个修车工,从年轻就开始在那里干。后来病了修不了车了。车行没让他走人,让他做shuttle,还是按修车工的工资。那人很感恩,到处说雇主的好。我本来不会用这个车行,因为有点远。在脸书nextdoor 上听说后才去的。这个员工接送的我。那个service好的呀!修车行技术也好,价格也公道,很诚实,虽说门面很破。后来我就只去那儿修车了。当然我的人性让我看到的是怎么利用这个情况,修车行是纯粹的对人好。
我自己去的牙医,前台的服务态度很好。我等的时候会拉拉家常,一来二去的就熟了,每次去都觉的特亲切。她的记性也很好,几个月前聊过的事儿都会记得,关心的问我狗儿子有没有康复。所以前台很重要。看看你能不能让她做做培训新前台,greeting 之类的动嘴不动手的活儿?
