An estimated 3,200 to 5,000 people were killed. Most of the victims were Kurdish Iraqi civilians who died within minutes after the bombing and those who survived and tried to leave the city the following day were injured when they passed contaminated roads.

俄乌打起来了。这是谁都不愿意看到的。普京说不得不打，我看说的有一定道理，这是因为北约不断东扩，已经五波了，还要让乌克兰加入，乌克兰也铁了心要加入，如果不打，北约的枪炮就抵着俄罗斯的咽喉了。这主要怪乌克兰总统是个政治素人，不懂政治的险恶。也怪北约把人不当腕，得寸进尺，也不看看自己是块什么料。打起来了，怎么结束呢？谈判是唯一途径。
乌克兰应该保持独立，领土完整。不加入北约，不布防外国军事装备。也就是俄罗斯要求的保持中立。作为交换，乌东两共和国不独立，保持高度自治。军队保持现有规模，改名边防警卫队。乌克兰军队撤出。乌克兰保留现总统，现政府。这个结局首先有利于乌克兰，乌克兰保持了独立，领土完整，和他们选出的总统和政府。（为捷连斯基点个赞！因为他坚持不撤离基辅）俄罗斯达到了乌克兰保持中立的主要诉求。欧美保护了乌克兰的独立和领土完整，保持了亲西方总统和政府。以乌克兰作为缓冲地带，对各方都有利。应该可以被乌克兰，俄罗斯和欧美接受。
