  If you like music or pop songs, you should have heard of this music piece or similar melody in movies or songs composed by Bettles,  李健，朴树...

It calls " Pachelbel's Canon" or " Canon in D".

Johann Pachelbel (1653-1706) was a German composer in Baroque era.

Like most of his works, this one remained unknown for centuries.
At 1968, it suddenly gained popularity.

Since then, the elements of the piece, especially it's chords progression were used in a variety of pop songs.

It is the most popular music in wedding.

这我就不太懂了，因为吉他谱是这样子的，我只需要知道具体和弦就行了，序列组合是作曲家的事儿：)

Yes, you are right!

This piece was originally composed for chamber music(some strings and harpsichord I guess), so it has polyphonic texture.

 

This has nothing to do with Key signature.

你可以transpose Canon in to D to Canon in C if you want, I bet not many people could tell any difference except those who have perfect pitch :)
