我发现我低于这个最低频率,平均大概10次。还时不时弄个9,甚至8。
经常运动的,尤其耐力好的,肯定是要低一些的。不然就是Bradypnea,呼吸过缓。那可能是有病变了。
可是,每分钟8次呼吸是不是也太慢了些。不是越慢越好吧。你们最低到多少呢?

运动员的肺活量大,每次呼吸的摄氧量会高,心肺功能强,所以对于休息状态,低于12次供氧就够用了。而且对肌肉的供氧也更有效率。心动过缓和呼吸过缓是相辅相成的。但我不喜欢这个“过”字。
所以,虽然知道低一点没问题,但也要有个度。似乎目前最慢是8次,别再低了。

HRV低,呼吸频率就高一点。
我感觉8还可以,再低可能就要查查了。8的话是每7到8秒呼吸一次,感觉还行。
