自动停车全过程大概是这个样子:
12个项目多数都是跟1-2个朋友一起开发的, 充分享受了本地政府提供的10年免税政策。现在一部分项目已经卖掉, 我自己手里也就剩下几个保障吃饭穿衣的小楼。
过去几年想学着靠炒股赚点轻松的钱,但是几年折腾下来赚一点赔一点的, 也没有赚到什么钱。希望有高手朋友能带带我。
7/8/2025 刚在拉斯维加斯过户了一块两亩的地块,准备分成4个lot, 建4个高档住宅, 价位1.2-1.6米。 可能搬过去自住, 或者留着出租, 或者干脆卖掉赚点钱。我是准备搬到拉斯维加斯养退休老的, 两年后再说吧。

拉斯维加斯冬天不冷, 炎热的时间跟别的地方差不多,也是3-4个月左右。 最热的时候能到116度, 但是只要不在阳光下也不感觉很热, 就是觉得温度高,不怎么出汗。 110度还没有东部90度感觉更热, 东部主要是湿热出汗。

针对你说的价位的独立屋的入室偷盗抢劫已经落实到户。别问我怎么知道 我觉得退休后,与其住独立屋,不如选择有24小时保安的豪华大楼。毕竟自己单独请24小时保安挺贵的。
