Bedroom and master bathroom. I certainly needed to seal those rooms so tenants would not be able to go there and mold would not be able to get into their space. What was wrong with this?
两层楼的出租房。前天晚上一楼房客说卫生间天花板突然掉了一块,可以看见楼上的管道,还有漏水。我以为是二楼水管漏了,昨天一早上就叫plumber去修,plumber看了说是二楼的浴缸上有小裂口,所以漏水,需要更换整个浴缸。我要二楼不要再用浴缸了,就没有漏水了。我告诉两个房客我在尽力找人快点能换浴缸和修补一楼的天花板。昨晚很晚了,一楼的房客发来短信:

一楼房客说喉咙痛鼻子痛,可能要住旅馆,还要测mold,如果高了就要求mold remediation。本来想自己掏钱修,没打算报保险,因为有$2500 deductible,买了十几年从来没用过,这几年保费还每年涨15-30%。

找除霉公司是你不想把drywall全部拿掉。全拿掉比什么除霉都彻底. 不懂装懂还虾虎别人
的霉已经在ceiling里木头是drywall上长满了,你不就想省钱不顾房客的安全,人家房客会告你的!找专业除霉是专业做法还可安抚房客-你看房东尽力了!
