除了增值的五十万可以免税，换厨房、地板、外墙的花费可以免税吗？如果可以，没有收据怎么办，都是找的小工做的，不是正规大公司，当时也没想到要个收据。

是自住房，从来没出租过。

应该可以的。你没有收据总有兑现的支票吧。如果是现金负的，那就完全没有凭据了
