今天收到了对方律师发来的律师函和Notice required by the fair debt collection practices ACT及附有一份该公司发给我（房子）的Warning，Claim of Lien.
律师函说十天内付款或委托人启动程序。
Notice 说我的尾款5100多没付，30天内付清，利息和律师费待议。
warning是我不接受完工的第二天（3月31日）该公司写的。
我想把步骤分分清楚。1，是否现在就应该complains to state board of contractors?这个我能自己做还是应该委托律师做。2，现在就请律师回复对方的律师函还是就等着。（我有90天的申诉期，这个对方没提）。

当然最好现在咨询一下律师。90天不是你的期限，是他们加mechanics lien的期限。我认为他们必须在六个月之内来告你，否则Mechanics lien在停工后六个月自动作废

多花不敢，少花也不敢。对方要耗那一年，我还真拿他没办法。
不过，若我找律师对付他们，好像也不值得，而且是把事态往坏的方向发展。
有点想不清楚。
工头和我说，反正是一车水泥，我还有那里需要灌水泥告诉他。
他们也告你违反合同，因为你没有履行付款协议，你告他们违反合同，因为他们没有完工或者没有修好破坏的部分。最后大家互相商量一个数字了事。我建议你找个律师帮你谈，你自己应付不了。
