地产市场之大,每个人都可以用不同的方式去做,目标只有一个,能够就是保证自己不死就行,凡是合适自己的,能够赚钱的,都行,都是好办法.

Today I put under contract a self-storage complex, 178 units, plus spaces to build another 65-70, for 1.8 million.

This deal been in discussion and negotiation for near 4 months, finally the seller caved in and took the offer.

This will be the 2nd self-storage complexes we own, we had missed several opportunities over the past few years on self-storages , for that I regret a lot.

可惜后知后觉。买不到也买不起了。
