I had similar problem years ago, I checked everything in the house, couldn't find anything. I suspected one of the wires (before the meter) that fed the house had connection issue. I called the power company and told them what I did and what I believed; they sent a crew over and replaced the wires at no cost to me...problem solved.

1. 为什么认为过载？出问题之前做了什么？过载一般会造成断路器跳闸，检查时要确定先拨到off再on。on以后，再检查每个断路器的出线有没有电。
2. 检查一下所有GFCI出线有没有电，有时GFCI本身坏了。
3. 两根火线进线其中一根断路见到过，检查main breaker出线有没有电就可以知道。一般这种情况下，这个房子差不多有一半的回路会没电（配电盘中一半的断路器没有供电）。
4. 如果电线和断路器的额定电流匹配，线路熔断的可能性很小。

Power Company crew checked, outside single house,wires under ground had problem,
their resposibility and they need one week time to fix the issue.
They gave the customer one Power Back Up equitpment for temporily use electricity.
