So $19000 a year for two people is a little high, but not too surprising.

Medicare, plan A 不用付premium, plan B premium 看你收入有人每月要交148-500+百，plan D premium 有人也要交近100，再加上买额外20%自费额保险，加起来每月一千美金不奇怪
