你该减多少还是减多少。只是real estate professional 当年可以用。不是professional要拖到卖房子的时候。
当年用掉坏处是有案可查。万一audit要一大堆证据。
如果留到卖房子的时候用,他们不可能叫你把七年年以前的记录调出来。只能看前一年carry过来是不是对的。
所以你不选professional的话,你填loss的时候胆子就大一些。因为不影响当年的总的要交的税。等多年后卖房子可以把攒的loss一起用掉,还无案可查。你懂的。
