简单说,卖家(业主)要先问租客B 要不要买物业,B 说不买,才能卖给我。B 直接告了业主,即使业主知道B穷的叮当响根本不会买,他也没办法,马上终止跟我的交易,我们一切合同废止。业主和B 再走一遍卖房形式,就像一个渣男,明明不会娶你,还要假意追求一阵,再头也不回的抛弃你,而你明知道结局还要配合做戏。
B上告也好,拒绝签estoppel 也好,都是为了赖掉几十万租金。
这个卖家又咽下了一口老血,同意了,拿到了第二张estoppel.
