你买房时若需用1031换(卖完再买),下offer时要声明。卖家大多不会接受,不过现在是卖方市场,卖家或许会答应你。
若你要买的房对方已接受offer,且过了反悔期,他不答应算是你违约。

If you rent out the second home vacation home more than your personal use time, you might be okay. as long as it is not primarily for personal use.
