我还是觉得跟活人打交道心里踏实，这种网上的loan agent 买房时候你急他不急电话都打不通我心慌

本地人也是打电话。elender我用过很多次， loandepot也用过，没有什么问题。

很多bait and switch的抱怨，根本原因来自于申请人本身资格不足，到了underwriting不批贷款，然后loan agent赶紧另外找一个deal。实质上还是financing fell through。

当然我可能没有到达卖房极乐境界，借到一个人十个贷款，没有遇到financing issue。

老虎是多情的人，一定不能伤他的心，否则十年后还是念念不忘。

如果只是因为我不合格，柜了，我会这么放不了？

过程不细说了，他家is the worst lender of my life time by far.

对了，新手地主老是看见本版师傅说一个人10个贷款，是指一个人max只能贷10个投资房贷？
