前不久发现apt的天花板有些纹路，请问群里的专家这是楼上漏水吗？

是天花板太老了吗？apt是prewar 的building
Just google saggy ceiling. It's caused by ceiling drywall separating from the joist, usually by old nails.
Depend on how old your apartment is, it may or may not be a big problem.
主要的还是要解决问题。
1. 湿气多的原因。 墙的 insulation 不好？ 管道 condensation？
2. 换 drywall? 加 screws？
