I saw the color black When we lost parents When friends were no longer available
I saw the color black When children didn't come home from school When soldiers were killed by war
I see the color black When we dig the earth just for our own benefit When we don't have love even if we have all the other colors
I hope I only see the pure color black When I wish to be a blackbird

the color black

I saw
the color black
