Prestige auto service center is currently seeking an Auto Service Manager who is fluent in Chinese and English. The manager will be responsible for overseeing operations and insurance claims within the automotive repair department. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the automotive repair department, including maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims. 2. Supervise and coordinate the work tasks of department staff, ensuring efficiency and quality. 3. Follow up and handle vehicle insurance claims, effectively communicate and negotiate with insurance companies. 4. Ensure regular maintenance and updating of department equipment and tools. 5. Maintain customer relationships by providing professional service and addressing inquiries and complaints. 6. Monitor and control costs and profitability of the department. 7. Adhere to company policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements: 1. Relevant industry background and experience, with preference given to candidates with management experience in the automotive repair industry. 2. Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate team members to achieve goals. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to make quick and accurate judgments in emergency situations. 5. Excellent customer service awareness and communication skills, able to build good relationships with customers. 6. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure effectively.
