绿卡去墨西哥需要tourist card吗

网上看到一个网站说进入墨西哥需要一个tourist cars. 然后另一个网站说坐飞机进入的话飞机上会发这个卡，不需要花30美金另外申请。
而且飞去墨西哥也不需要新冠测试，有最近去度假的小伙伴吗？
