Job Description To provide management of payroll, payroll taxes, and general ledger accounts; preparing financial statements and tax returns.
Job Duties: Process / manage payroll & payroll taxes for business clients Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts Prepare monthly financial reports and statements Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data. Protects client’s value by keeping information confidential Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities Meet with clients to discuss their financial matters, such as real property, equipment, and tax liability Prepare individual and business tax returns
