(Less than 3 miles from Cal Poly Pomona) We are looking for a Purchasing & Data Analyst who can speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese. This dynamic position gives you the opportunity to play an integral role that connects various departments together by coordinating our domestic and international channels.The probation length for this position will be 6 months. Successful completion of the probation period will allow you to earn additional benefits offered by the company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Purchasing & Vendor Coordination Serving as the main point of contact for all vendor relations and duties, such as: Vendor: maintaining vendor profiles to define their modus operandi, production capacities and challenges, financial health, etc Product: defining product specifications/details, developing new products, making changes, Q&A’s, QC issues, etc Ordering: placing new orders, reviewing pro-formas for deviations, getting production and shipping updates, etc Accounting: inputting POs and Bills, applying payments to match bills, keeping accurate AP balances with vendors, implementing payment calendars, etc Coordinating with internal departments to complete product development tasks after gathering requirements and specifications from vendors Training vendors and partners to integrate their production, invoicing and communication workflows to align with our internal systems Working with vendor network to optimize, consolidate and schedule container shipments Generating routine sales and P&L reports for vendors Ordering product samples and creating product sample shipment plans to and from vendors through our software platforms
2. Data & Logistics Analysis Managing inventory database for key attributes like SKU creation, dimensions, weight, duty rates, costs, etc Analyzing KPIs and making recommendations from various reports, such as sales, inventory, expense, cost analysis reports, etc Coordinating with external freight forwarders to ensure complete and prompt shipment deliveries Collecting and distributing import documents (invoices, packing lists, etc) for custom clearance & internal distribution Managing incoming ocean, ground and air shipment deliveries through our software platform
3. Other Duties Working closely with various departments and upper management on new projects where your skills can be properly applied Evaluating existing workflows and processes for further optimization opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS: Speak, read and write in English and Mandarin Chinese Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills Self starter and resourceful who can work independently Strong attention-to-detail Highly organized Have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving team environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively Flexible, adaptable to different situations, ability to use a variety of approaches in different circumstances Team player, trustworthy, and loyal Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel WPM: 50+ REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree or equivalent 2 years of experience in similar position or industry

物流与数据分析
管理库存数据库,例如SKU的创建,产品规格,关税税率,成本,等等 分析KPI并分析整合各种报告,从分析销售情况,库存,成本,费用等方面提出有关生产销售的建议 与货运清关代理协调,确保货柜的及时递送及完成归还 收集进出口文件(发票、装箱单等)以便清关,并将相关文件分发给内部相关部门,负责货物的协调 通过软件平台管理海运,陆运以及空运货物的交付
