15号下完单,收到了CONFIRMATION是40%OFF的价,然后16号收到邮件,居然CHARGE了我原价.打电话去问,客户代表说公司SHOULD HONOR THE ORIGIN CONFIRM PRICE,还叫我FORWARD THE ORIGIN CONFIRMATION TO他们的客服邮箱,但刚看到邮件又说IS BEING PROCESS UNABLE TO CHANGE. 请教一下有经验的MM,我现在该怎么做.
No worry. I have the same problem. I think it only means they couldn't change the order since it is being processed. There are other ways to give you back the money, such as price adjustment, or simply credit back you the difference.
after online chat with the customer service, they only insist that charge is correct, and couldn't combine to promotions. It is so dispointed with this purchasing.
well, at least we could dispute from credit card or complain to BBB I will see how my order went. There is no reason they sell us products at one price and then later charge us more.

我回去看了我的单，40％的code用上了, 而且东西已经在路上了。
俺的裙子，dress和毛衣都运出来了，用了40% off.
我的也是，一部分local店寄的，发了邮件说charge了多少，另外一部分寄出来了但是没发邮件。

刚查了，我也是，昨天查的时候还没一个是final sale呢，今天全变了。
真变成final sale了，就是摆明了不让你退
她们家衣服我买过，但是号码太多太乱。。没试穿真不敢买，final sale真不敢下手。
不过我想也有可能因为就是网上显示final sale而已，等收到了货看shipping slip有可能还是按当初下单的时候的状态算。

晚上懒没有下单，第二天都没抢到，挑了一会，code就失效了，选的时候还行呢。。现在喜欢的东西都没有size了，90%off也没用了。
