1)Part 1-15, in care of name, is that okay to fill in my name and address here? The reason that I am concerning because I can not find anywhere to type in my address in the entire I 751 form. Usually, a complete form requires applicant's address information. 2) I 751 instruction mentions " answer all the questions fully and accurately" does that mean I should fill words in all the empty spaces, such as N/A. etc. I am not allowed to leave any space blank. For example, Part 5, we have no children, I just typed “N/A” in “1a, Child 1, family name” and left all the rest include Child 2, 3 blank. That is incorrect. I should type N/A in all the empty spaces
