Maintainrelationships with clients Respondto client in a timely manner by phone, email, etc. Assistclients by answering questions about their policies, including explaininginsurance concepts and processing claims paperwork (training will be provided!) Quicklyand accurately file applications and quote on Internet Provideadditional support to teammates and staff as needed
Qualifications

Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Goodorganization skills Self-motivatedand fast learner Mustbe able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook BilingualEnglish & Chinese Insuranceexperience is a plus! Essential Skills

Proficientcomputer skills ( Outlook, World, and Excel)
