收到手机多久了？一般att的数据库需要一点时间更新，可以等1-2天，如果还是不行，再打电话。其实online chat也可以更方便

我是网上通过citi那个链接买的
完全按照这个来操作的，但是收到的邮件是 your device is flagged as fraud， we can't unlock it.
我进citi链接后我拿户主账号买的，包裹名字也是户主的，但是升级的电话号码是我的，不清楚怎么回事
我网上问客服他说要两个月才能解
