因为水平不行的基本前几年都被劝退了。
最后真正上的，都是差不多的。
极少数由于各种原因没过的。
所以都提前筛选一遍了。
天朝肯定是学我弟TENURE学过头了。
美国TENURE绝大多数助理教授都能TENURE的， 除非你干的差；
天朝基本上就是合同工。一般干完走人。除非你确实优秀。 天朝基本就是靠剥削来发
展， 给你六年合同工，你的拼命的给他干活。 一个职位， 找10个合同工，一个人悠
闲干六年，能和10个人一起拼命干6年比吗？
就是。
等到满六年90%通过率的时候，剩下10%还很多打官司的，因为人家坚持到了这个时候，都是觉得自己可以拿到tenure的。
我当年在Promotion&Tenure委员会呆了几年，只有一个没通过，还是让人有条件留下了，过两年也过了。
但三年pre-tenure的审核就严格多了，措辞啥的都越严格越好，相当于把丑话说前头，也让人提前有个选择和准备。

但是我觉得国内也不会规定的那么严，以国内高校的做风，只要确实做得好，总还是有通融的余地的
