【中国开始向海外国人征所得税】据知情人士透露，中国已开始要求部分海外中国公民缴纳所得税，对于迄今为止无需对海外收入缴税的海外中国公民而言实属意外。
根据彭博新闻，知情人士称，在香港运营的国有企业，近期已告知内地籍员工申报2019年收入，准备缴纳内地税；香港税率在全球处于低位。
因未获授权公开谈论此事，知情人士要求匿名。两位知情人士称，中国国有企业也在向新加坡等地工作的员工通知此事。
中国目前的最高税率为45%，于去年1月调整了所得税规定，以便政府向旅居海外的公民征税——与美国政府向旅居国外的美国公民征税的做法类似。
但是，中国今年刚刚披露了缴税的详细规定，令许多人毫无准备。
中国国家税务总局没有立即回应寻求评论的传真。
