Trump doesn't reveal his tax returns to the public doesn't mean he is not getting audited by the IRS. In fact, if problems exist with his tax return, he should be fined or jailed by now. IRS has all Trump's records, and Trump can choose to reveal it to public or not.
Not revealing something within its rights does not mean someone is guilty. It can merely for self-protection.
