正规车厂，销售、盈利、做帐之类的都没问题，不需要搞这种故意让人把“内部邮件”泄露给公众的游戏。因为是内部邮件，所以就算乱写甚至说谎，误导了市场，elon
musk和tesla也不会被追究法律责任——因为名以上说明是内部的不能外传，现在被外
传了，所有责任归在泄露邮件的那个人身上。
这是一个比较常用的法律“漏洞”。一家公司想发布假消息误导市场，但又要避免被法律追责，方法就是弄一个内部文件之类的东西（反正名义是保密的那种），然后有意无意地制造一些机会，让别人给泄漏出去。那么所有后果和责任都转移到泄密者身上了。
